Inspired by the legacy of modernist architect Alfred Newman Beadle, the bold re-design of this 1970 landmark building for Chamberlin + Associates is one that honors Al Beadle’s original design while radically revisioning the building’s material palette and spatial configuration to both highlight the original design ethos while making it more suitable for contemporary office needs. In addition to providing architectural services, the Kaiserworks team fully designed the building’s interiors, including five custom wall treatments and some thirty custom furniture pieces and light fixtures. Kaiserworks is currently designing two additional office buildings and a restaurant that will be added to the ‘Beadle campus’ in 2025.
